Step 2: enter in the following information: Access Code: 1057925 Dial-in Number: 6054754000 Subscriber PIN: 1053561 |
Step 3: You should now be on a page that has many tabs such as Account Info, Recordings, Podcast, etc... On that page select the Invitations tab that is located to the right of the Podcast tab. |
step 4: Decide what you would like your subject to be, assign a date, time and a duration. In the section that says "Notes", feel free to add whatever you like but you must include the dial-in number, which is (605) 475-4000, as well as the access code, 1057925#.(make sure you include that '#' on the end, it's above the 3 on the keyboard). After you have entered that in, along with the email addresses to send the information to, press invite. This will send an invite to the participants of the conference call.
step 5: When the day and time of your conference call arrives, dial (605)475-4000 on your telephone. You will then be prompted to enter in your access code which is 1057925* (make sure you include the star, it's below the 7 on the telephone, this is what lets you be acknowledged as host for the call).
Step 6: People who will be participating in the conference call will also dial (605) 475-4000 and be prompted to enter in their access code 1057925# (making sure they enter in the pound, or number sign).
At this point, you should now be engaged in a conference call.
Step 7: If you would like to record your conference call, press on your telephone *9 & enter in your subscriber code of 1053561. To stop and save the recording, press *9 again. If at some point you wish to listen to your recorded conference call, enter in the number (605) 275-4099 and enter in access code 1057925. It will be asked of you to enter in a reference number to access your recording.
To figure out that number, go to the first page it takes you when you login (refer back to step 3 if needed), select the Recordings tab which is to the right of the Account Info tab. You will now be able to see your record number for the call you previously made.Upon entering that record number, you will be able to hear your conference call from a previous day.
That's all there is to it! If you have any questions, feel free to call me and I can walk you through it through the telephone.
Thank you.
